Your files stay on your Mac.
Convertessa reads your .md files and rewrites each element into Org Mode notation: ATX headers become Org outline stars, fenced code blocks become #+BEGIN_SRC … #+END_SRC, and links are rewritten to Org bracket syntax. The result is a valid .org file ready to open in Emacs, Logseq, or any Org-aware editor.
Drag one .md file or an entire folder onto Convertessa. Batch conversion processes every Markdown file in the folder in one pass.
Choose Org Mode from the output format list. Convertessa remaps Markdown syntax to Org Mode notation without modifying your originals.
Click Convert. Your .org files appear alongside the originals. Everything stays on your Mac — no upload, no network required.
