Your files stay on your Mac.
Convertessa wraps each .txt file in a valid Typst document skeleton, producing a .typ source file you can open immediately in the Typst compiler or any text editor. The original text becomes the document body, ready for you to add Typst markup, headings, and layout. Conversion runs entirely on your Mac—no file ever leaves your device.
Drag one .txt file or an entire folder into Convertessa. Batch mode processes every file in the folder in a single pass.
Choose Typst from the output format list. Convertessa targets .typ and writes a well-formed document skeleton around your text content.
Click Convert. Each .txt file becomes a .typ source file alongside the original. Open it straight in the Typst compiler or your editor.
