Only the audio stream is extracted and encoded as Ogg Vorbis. The video track is discarded. If you need the video preserved, choose a video output format instead.
Yes. Drop a folder onto Convertessa or run convertessa ./footage/ --to ogg in the terminal. Every MXF file in the folder is converted in one pass.
Use the quality slider before converting. Higher quality produces larger files; lower quality reduces size at the cost of some fidelity. The setting applies to the entire batch.
