DVD VOB files bundle video, audio, and subtitle streams into a single container. Convertessa pulls the audio track out and writes it to an AIFF file with no lossy re-encoding. Every step happens on your Mac — nothing is uploaded.
Drag one or more VOB files — or an entire VIDEO_TS folder — into Convertessa. The app reads the audio stream directly from the container.
Choose AIFF from the output format list. AIFF stores audio as uncompressed PCM, so no quality is discarded during extraction.
